Roof and Gutter Cleaning carried out. Gutters were extremely overgrown and the roof surface was covered in slippery algae. Gutter overgrowth was removed and thoroughly cleaned out to ensure proper drainage. Roof surface was scrubbed down with a cleaning solution and water to properly remove algae and keep surfaces safe to walk on. Several punctures to the roof membrane were identified and Patch sealed.
