Water Ingress into vault. Waterproofing membrane was installed throughout and allowed for the exposure of services where needed. Floating Frame and joists installed to avoid puncturing the membrane. New plasterboard installed, filled and painted. Access panels installed over services as well as new vinyl flooring installed throughout.
